Rose Water Toner

Perfect for all skin types, especially dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin, the NARLOA Rose Water Toner was formulated to soften and rebalance skin. It also contains natural anti-inflammatory properties to reduce redness and skin irritation. Vegetable glycerin has been added as a humectant – it attracts and retains water molecules so it’s an excellent hydrator.
